Why AI training has become an obligation

Since 2 February 2025, Article 4 of the European regulation on artificial intelligence (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, the "AI Act") has required organisations using an AI system to train their teams in AI literacy.

This obligation applies to every company that deploys tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or any other AI system in its professional activity, where it acts as a deployer within the meaning of Article 3.4 of the regulation.

In practice, any French SME or mid-cap company using generative AI in its production is concerned. Failure to comply exposes the organisation to administrative penalties that may be imposed by the national supervisory authorities from the general applicability of the regulation, on 2 August 2026.

Our training responds directly to this obligation, while delivering operational mastery of AI tools in concrete professional contexts.

Our approach

Video conference, no recording

Our training takes place entirely remotely, by video conference via Microsoft Teams. This format offers organisational flexibility to participants while preserving the quality of pedagogical interaction.

No audio or video recording of the sessions is made, as a methodological choice. This absence of recording guarantees the confidentiality of exchanges between participants and trainer, encourages free expression, and avoids any superfluous collection of personal data within the meaning of the GDPR.

Active teaching and structured progression

Our courses alternate theoretical input, live demonstrations, individual hands-on exercises and case studies inspired by real projects. Each module concludes with a knowledge assessment (knowledge questionnaire, validation threshold of 70%), followed by a final assessment via a practical case.

Post-training follow-up included

Every training course includes a 30-calendar-day post-training follow-up from the session end date. During this period, participants may send the trainer questions about putting the learned content into practice, by email, with a maximum response time of three business days.

GDPR compliance and digital sovereignty

All our teaching materials and communications go through our Microsoft 365 environment hosted in Europe. No participant data is processed by services outside the EU.
